A message dated May 18 was read stating the Senate passed:                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 100                                                                                                          
    "An Act relating to allocations of funding for the Alaska                                                                   
    Workforce Investment Board; and providing for an effective                                                                  
    date."                                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
HB 100 was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
